Gina Hagan

Gina Hagan is the Director and Principal of Maven Lawyers where the approach to law is holistic. Clients often comment that they arrived feeling stressed and overwhelmed and they leave feeling calm and relieved that they are in good hands. Living in a blended family and having personally experienced both an amicable separation and a highly contested separation including both children and finances, Gina is able to draw on her firsthand knowledge to guide clients through the process of separation.

We at Maven Lawyers consider ourselves family lawyers because in the true sense of the word “family” we are able to work with our clients through all facets of life covering family law, divorce and domestic violence, estate planning including Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney through to estate administration and family provision claims. We are also able to assist clients with conveyancing and business sales and purchases or even leasing.

Gina surrounds herself with a team of professionals who are able to guide their clients through all facets of life requiring legal advice. You will not see Maven Lawyers advertised because we operate on a referral only basis meaning that all our clients are referred to us by current or previous satisfied clients and our professional associates.

The team at Maven Lawyers are solution focused and we prefer to mediate not litigate. We aim to keep our client’s out of the courtroom where possible. However, should the need arise we are able to be a formidable force in the court room.

Gina has a blended family with five children who keep her busy outside of the office. She also enjoys cooking up a storm, a game of netball or a quick workout at the gym.
