Maria is our Office Manager and looks after our accounts, creates our precedents and assists both Larry and Gina with day to day work.
Maria has worked for various law firms both in New Zealand and Australia for nearly 40 years. The firms have ranged from small boutique ones to large international firms.
She was there when word processors began to replace typewriters in the 1970’s. No longer did you have to manually insert a carriage return at the end of a line, use carbon paper to make copies or rub out typos with typewriter eraser pencils. Also, let’s not forget about telex machines in the days before email changed the communications world.
